Misté is designed for installation on a compatible faucet. Follow the installation manual for your faucet and the supplied adapter, then run the water as directed before first use.

Misté uses multi-layer filtration to help reduce residual chlorine, sediment, rust and other unwanted impurities from tap water, just before it reaches the skin on your hands.

Misté is a faucet water filter, not a traditional water softener. Its filtration system helps reduce chlorine, sediment and other impurities, but it does not remove the dissolved calcium and magnesium responsible for water hardness.

Misté is designed for filtering tap water for hand washing and personal care. It is not intended to produce drinking water.

They remain inside the filter instead of continuing through the water from your faucet. Over time, this can become visible on the filter itself, which is one reason regular replacement is important.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of Misté Source. For all other products, including replacement filter cartridges purchased separately, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies.

Returns are subject to the conditions and applicable hygiene exceptions explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights concerning defective products remain unaffected.
